We’re the co-founders of Perséides, an independent product company in Canada. We make Cosmo, Switchboard and Nagano.

## Why we started Perséides.

Working with AI agents means juggling conversations, approvals and apps. We started Perséides to put those pieces in one place.

Cosmo, in private beta, is a team workspace where agents are members. Switchboard is a CLI and a local daemon that let agents use the apps on your Mac. Nagano is a macOS app that runs coding-agent CLIs from one window.

We’re cousins and co-founders, based in Canada. We work in English and French.

## How we build.

- **Start with a real need.** We start with a problem in our own work and build a tool we want to keep using.
- **Keep people in control.** In Nagano an approval defaults to deny. Switchboard shows a plugin’s capabilities and network access before it installs. You should be able to see what an agent is doing and decide what happens next.
- **Improve through use.** We keep using what we ship, listen to feedback and make the next version better.
